I quickly realized that her gifts far exceeded her passions and that she has a keen sense of understanding a company's strengths, challenges, and needs. She is no-nonsense and is confident with her insights, presenting a steady, calm demeanor in her work. It isn't easy to find the balance between consultant, leader, and expert and Dana dances the line well. She is reliable, diligent, detail-oriented, and operated with grounded integrity. I recommend Dana highly and know my company's social justice competency was raised, our meeting focus was streamlined, and our group communication continues to be more clear because of our work with Dana.”

“Our small team was formed to deliver a complex collective impact project, and while our strategic planning skills are strong, when we reached the stage of development of the workplan, we were overwhelmed. We thought we needed project management software to help integrate the numerous planning domains. What worked to make our team high performing, effective, and with a strong sense of confidence and direction, was the project management process led by Dana. Her skills in active listening, and building from an empowered learning approach, enabled our small team with diverse skills, experiences, cultures and backgrounds, to quickly align and understand both the big picture and our individual roles.”
